We have expanded to an e-commerce site with all of the bells and whistles; new branding, new business cards for the new year, all done by myself.

As a bespoke jewellery business (primarily) we are experimenting with new products – from recycling discarded jewellery into something cherished and wanted to more expensive materials – from stunning and rare jewels, to using silver from copper.

The journey from hobby to business has been a steady growth, ensuring manageability and attention to detail is adhered to, exploring more technology to improve the customer experience and ensuring we retain our customers for future sales. We have many customers that purchase more than twice.

We have also explored advertising and marketing techniques through the use of social media; from Facebook ads to TikTok; competitions to regularly updating with photo shoots- we listen to what people want by following trends. And observe competitors to further learn.

We are always looking to ensure that we are the best that we can be – our USP has always been our ethical practices – whilst being both affordable and ensuring anyone who buys is getting real wearable art and the best customer services that I can personally offer. We pride ourselves on being bespoke with our handmade items. And offer accessibility through multiple ways to pay and even personalised drop-off if local.

We are proud of how far we have come, and that is mostly thanks to our audience and the love we have for this business.
